Following 3 very good rides, this Saturday we will have our 4th Cafe Ride led by the returning Lee Kavanagh.
Saturday 17th September, 08:30 meet 09:00 start. Steady pace all abilities.
Roll out together then split into A+B groups with the A group riding a longer route.

This Saturday we will be having another Cafe ride 42km gentle roll out for 1.5-2 hours.
Meet 08:30 for 09:00 start after a quick coffee and briefing. Loop round to meet back at the shop.
Tom Gage will be the ride leader on the day.

Cycling accident specialists CAMS have organised a Ride out with Olympic Gold Medallist Ed Clancy and a rider (t.b.c) from the CAMS Basso UCI Womens Cycling Team.
This is a 30km ride for MTB or Gravel bikes open to all.
When - Monday 5th September 10-10:45 am
Meet at - Eastbourne Cadence Cafe, The Welcome Centre, Congress Theatre, Carlise Road, Eastbourne, BN21 4JR
Ed will be bringing along his gold medals for photo opportunities.
