New Shop Rides - Launch ride Saturday 27th August ! 40km !
We are organising a social club ride for all abilities. We will be posting via WhatsApp, email and details will be in the shop.
First ride will be on Saturday the 27th of August 8:30 am meet (9:00 start) from the shop in Forest Row around the Forest with a stop (or two if needed) ending back at the shop for coffee and refuel ! This ride is social and for all riding abilities. Speed will be as fast as the slowest person.
For future rides the speed and distance will be grouped by ability. Something for everyone.
The ride will be led by local Fitness and Strength Coach Lee Kavanagh
