Pete worked in Mechanical Engineering for 20 years before opening In-Gear 21 years ago and gained Pro Team mechanic experience with the Linda McCartney Team.  He has been bikefitting for 15 years and learnt wheel building from the legendary Ken Bird some 20 years ago.

After 20 Years in Uckfield Pete rellocated the business to Forest Row in January 2014.
