In Gear Cycles, a specialist and established cycle store and coffee shop in Forest Row, Sussex are recruiting for a Store Manager.

We are looking for a full time Manager working 5 days a week (including a weekend day) who is passionate about all things road cycling and is up for getting involved with our inclusive community.

Our ideal candidate will have strong experience in the cycle trade, supply processes, be pro-active, outgoing, and up for the challenge.

In return we can offer you a competitive salary, sales commission, the chance to lead our customer rides, a solid and supportive induction to the role and as much premium coffee as you can drink from the adjoining cafe.

Essentials:

• Cycle shop experience (road orientated)
• over 21 years old
• Weekend availability
