HOW WE WORK
| All workshop jobs must be pre-booked: please call 01342 823829, email sales@ingearcycles.co.uk or call in at the shop
| Please drop your bike off no later than 10.30 am. If you’d like to leave it with us the day before, please let us know when you book.
| We’ll aim to have your bike ready for collection after 5 pm, provided there are no unforeseen issues
| We’ll give your bike a quick visual check on arrival to assess the work required. Please leave a contact number so we can inform you of any changes or additions
| Our standard charge for workshop services is £50 per hour
| We would ask you to bring your bike in a clean state. The extra cleaning of bikes will be charged at £15.
| Unless agreed at the time of drop-off, bikes must be collected within 72 hours of work completion, or a £10 daily storage fee will be added. After 12 months of no contact we will sadly have to dispose of the bicycle.
IF YOUR BIKE HAS INTEGRATED HEADSET CABLING
The level 3 and 2 services start from £180 and £130 respectively. However, if your bike has Integrated headset cabling (Hidden stem cables) the level 3 service will be £230 and the level 2 service £180.
