Gone are the days when you have to choose between aerodynamics and weight, the Specialized Tarmac SL7 Pro Ultegra Di2 Disc Road Bike gives you both. Engineered to be the most complete race bike out there, it takes design cues from the Venge, using the FreeFoil Shape Library to optimise tubing for speed. Essentially it's a Tarmac, with the same legendary ride quality, lively and responsive handling and low weight, but maximises integration and minimises drag just like the Venge. In fact, it's one of the lightest and fastest race bikes around. 

The Rider-First Engineered™ philosophy is a key feature, bringing a balance between comfort and performance, and making sure this is equally well catered for across every single frame size. The Tarmac SL7 retains the Performance Road Geometry of the previous generation, and it's aggressive and racy but allows you to hold this position hour after hour. 

Shimano's second-tier electronic groupset - Ultegra Di2 - in a mid-compact configuration provides you with all the gears you need and every shift is smooth and precise, all at a light touch of the lever. Braking is equally as impressive, with the hydraulic discs bringing reliability in all conditions, wet or dry. The junction box for this system sits neatly at the top of the seatpost. Roval's Rapide CL wheels are Win Tunnel engineered, meaning they balance aero performance with stability and, fitted with S-Works Turbo tyres, rolling is fast and smooth.

Specialized have included a Tarmac SL7-specific integrated stem and S-Works Aerofly II handlebar and all the cables route internally for clean aesthetics and drag reduction. A short-nosed Power saddle, a popular choice with those riding in a more aggressive position, ensures comfort is high and power transfer maximised.
